- Skip the blur. Pets move fast — use a quick shutter (or your phone's action/sports mode) to avoid motion blur, especially with darker coats where detail matters most.
- One pet, sharp focus. If you're torn between a few photos, pick the one where the eyes are in focus over the one with the "best moment" but a soft focus.
