What kind of photo works best? A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus. A phone photo is perfect. Dark, blurry, or tightly cropped photos give less accurate results — pick the sharpest one you have.
What if the portrait doesn't look like my pet? You see the finished portrait before you buy. If it's not right, click “Try another photo” and generate a new one. Nothing is charged until you check out.
More than one pet? Choose 2 or 3 pets above, then upload one photo that shows all of them together.
Can I return it if I change my mind? Because each item is made from your photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll reprint or refund it — see our Returns page.
