Free shipping on every order
Shipping is always free within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How long it takes
Every YomaChichi item is made to order once you have approved your pet's portrait — so the clock starts when you approve it, not when you order.
- Production: usually 2–5 business days (up to 10 business days in busy seasons). Your item is printed by our production partner, in the USA for nearly everything (a few items, such as the hug pillows, are made by a partner in China and say so on their page).
- Shipping: standard tracked shipping, usually 2–5 business days.
Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks (4–10 business days). Around the holidays, please order early and allow extra time.
Tracking your order
When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, email us at team@yomachichi.com and we'll check on it.
Changes and cancellations
Email team@yomachichi.com with your order number. Any time before your item goes to print you can change the address, swap the photo, or cancel for a full refund — we hold every order for at least 1 hour after checkout before it goes to print.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund. See our Returns page.
