Free shipping on every order
Shipping is always free within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How long it takes
Every YomaChichi item is made to order after you approve your portrait on the product page.
- Production: usually 2–5 business days (up to 10 business days in busy seasons). Your item is printed by our production partner in the USA.
- Shipping: standard tracked shipping, usually 2–5 business days.
Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks. Around the holidays, please order early and allow extra time.
Tracking your order
When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, email us at team@yomachichi.com and we'll check on it.
Changes and cancellations
Orders go into production quickly, usually within a few hours. If you need to change your address or cancel, email us right away — if production hasn't started, we'll take care of it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund. See our Returns page.
