What is YomaChichi?
We turn a photo of your pet into an illustrated portrait, printed on a soft fleece blanket or a canvas tote bag. Every item is made to order.
How does it work?
Upload a photo on the product page and your portrait appears in about 20 seconds. If you love it, approve it and add it to your cart. If not, try another photo.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus. Phone photos are perfect. Very dark, blurry, or tightly cropped photos give less accurate results.
Will I see the design before it's printed?
Yes — you see the exact portrait before you buy, and that's what gets printed.
How are the portraits made?
Your photo is turned into an illustration using AI image tools. That's why it takes seconds and why you can try again if the first one isn't right.
Can I put more than one pet on an item?
Yes. Choose 2 or 3 pets on the product page and upload one photo that shows all of them together.
What products do you offer?
A fleece throw blanket (30" x 40" or 50" x 60") and a natural cotton canvas tote. More are coming.
How long does an order take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days and shipping 2–5 business days, so most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks. See Shipping.
How much is shipping?
Free, always. We ship within the United States.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll reprint or refund it. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo — see Returns.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because every item is made from your photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. That's why you approve your portrait before you buy.
Is this a good gift for someone whose pet has passed?
Many people order a portrait as a memorial keepsake. If that's your situation and you have a question about your photo, email us — we're happy to help.
What do you do with my photo?
We use it only to make your portrait and your order. We never use your pet's photo or portrait in marketing without asking you first. See our Privacy Policy.
