Questions
Do I need a photo of their pet?
No. The ornament shows the breed, not their own pet, and arrives as shown, so there is nothing to upload or type.
Their breed isn't listed. What else works without a photo?
The Personalized Pet Memorial Ornament ($24.99) prints the name and dates you type with a dog, cat or paw silhouette. It needs the name typed on its page, so it has no one-click link here.
When will it arrive?
Each one is made to order and printed in the USA. Printing usually takes 2-5 business days (up to 10 in busy seasons), then 2-5 business days of tracked shipping, so most orders arrive in 4-10 business days. Order by Mon Nov 30 for Christmas delivery in the US.
Can I send it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their name and US address as the shipping address at checkout.
What if it isn't right?
If they're not happy with it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free or refund you in full, and there is nothing to send back. The same goes if it arrives damaged or wrong.
